SNSD‘s Seo Hyun and Super Junior‘s Kyu Hyun recently held a duet performance at SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR in NEW YORK which took place in Madison Square Garden on the 23rd.
SM Entertainment‘s stable of artists such as KangTa, BoA, TVXQ, Super Junior, SNSD, SHINee and f(x) were in attendance, and performed live in front of 15,000 audience members. SNSD, who was once referred to as the nation’s dongseng girl group, has grown up and tossed aside their aegyo image. The girls, who used to sing “I love oppa” in their songs, have matured to a point where they can confidently tell “The Boys”, “I’ll lead you.”
This transformation comes as no surprise, since the girls are about to make their debut as a world star through their 3rd official album, which was released on October 19th. After releasing four sets of teasers, SNSD has finally “brought the heat” by unleashing the full music video for their new song, “The Boys“.

Earlier this month we reported that SNSD‘s Seohyun and SS501‘s Kim Hyun Joong were filming a series of CFs for ‘The Face Shop‘ cosmetics brand. Now, they have revealed the first 15sec CF from that filming.
On September 20th, it was revealed that Seohyun would be a year-long representative for the brand alongside other endorsers: Kim Hyun Joong, Wonbin, Park Min Young et al. ‘The Face Shop’ chose Seohyun, who is very popular at home and abroad, to inform a wide range of consumers about the brand.
