SNSD achieves all-kill with ‘The Boys’

The ladies of SNSD are back with a fierce new look as well as a fresh new album, and it didn’t take long before they achieved an “all-kill” on the various music charts.

Their new full-length album ‘The Boys‘ was released earlier today on October 19th (KST), and their title song “The Boys” is already #1 on major music sites such as Bugs, Melon, Dosirak, Naver, and Daum, as well as breaking the Top 100 on the iTunes Top 100 US Chart! Read the rest of this entry

‘United Cube Concert’ to be held in London in December!

Earlier this year, Cube Entertainment announced plans to hold a concert in London during November which were later delayed due to riots that were going on in England. This crushed the hopes of many fans, but there is no need for despair, because Cube Entertainment has confirmed to allkpop that the ‘United Cube Concert‘ will be touching down in London this December!

Cube Entertainment will hold two ‘United Cube in London’ concerts starting on December 6th at the O2 Brixton Academy.

SNSD on their new concept, their past, and future plans

SNSD, who was once referred to as the nation’s dongseng girl group, has grown up and tossed aside their aegyo image. The girls, who used to sing “I love oppa” in their songs, have matured to a point where they can confidently tell “The Boys”, “I’ll lead you.”

This transformation comes as no surprise, since the girls are about to make their debut as a world star through their 3rd official album, which was released on October 19th. In addition to their songs being sold all over the world through iTunes, their single will also be released in the U.S. in November through Interscope Records. Read the rest of this entry
