U-KISS ranks in the Top 3 on Japan’s Oricon Chart with ‘Brand New Kiss’

Grup idola U-KISS telah naik ke posisi ke-3 pada musik grafik Jepang Oricon dengan album mereka yang paling terakhir. Apa yang sangat khusus tentang prestasi ini adalah bahwa album mereka, ‘Brand New Kiss‘, hanya berisi lagu-lagu dalam bahasa Korea.

Ketika album ini dirilis pada 24 Agustus,lagu tersebut berada pada peringkat 5 pada daftar. Namun, setelah hanya selang satu hari, ia berhasil naik ke 3. Seorang wakil menyatakan, “Kami merasa mendapat penghargaan hadiah untuk upaya kerja  keras U-KISS dalam mempromosikan selama 3 bulan terakhir. Kami berencana aktif di Jepang untuk paruh kedua tahun ini. “

U-KISS akan kembali ke Korea pada tanggal 8 September dengan album full-length baru. Fans dapat mengharapkan konsep yang lebih maskulin melebihi masa lalu single mereka, “Man Ha Ni“.


Idol group U-KISS have climbed up to 3rd place on the Japanese music chart Oricon with their most recent album. What’s particularly special about this achievement is that their album, ‘Brand New Kiss‘, only contains songs in Korean.

When the album was released on August 24th, it placed 5th on the list. However, after just one day, it managed to climb to 3rd. A representative stated, “We feel like it’s a reward for U-KISSs hard efforts in promoting over the past 3 months. We’re planning to be active in Japan for the latter half of this year.”

U-KISS will be returning to Korea on September 8th with a new full-length album. Fans can expect a more masculine concept exceeding that of their past single, “Man Man Ha Ni“.
